Paddle Boarding between Ice Bergs

This wasn’t something I could think of in my wildest dreams. And it turned out to be a dream that came true. The feeling of touching the big ice bergs floating next to us is indescribable. So dangerous, and so much fun.

I wasn’t sure if our friend Allan Dixon (@daxon) was joking when he asked us to join him to go paddle boarding between ice bergs. But when I found out he was serious I was starting to get excited.

We drove to Mount Cook National Park, home of the highest mountain in New Zealand; Mount Cook. We hiked to the Tasman lake, put our paddle boards in the water and here is what it looked like:
